The Public Education Party is a political organisation registered in NSW.

This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information that we collect from you via Public Education Party's websites.

We collect personal information from people who provide their details using our on-line sign-up, membership or donation forms. By completing our on-line forms you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy.

The information we collect may include your name, email address, date of birth, phone number and address.

Your personal information we hold will be used by us in connection with the activities of the Public Education Party and to help us engage with you. We may also use your information to contact you in relation to our political campaigns and to keep you up to date with our activities.

You will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from our communications at any time. You can ask to have your personal information updated or removed from our records at any time.
