The NSW government has NOT provided equity in resourcing and staffing for our public schools and TAFE colleges. The gap between the funding of public and private schools has never been greater.

Many of the children in public schools and TAFE colleges:

• are not always being taught by a qualified, subject specific teacher
• do not always have their individual learning and wellbeing needs met
• are not learning in a well-resourced classroom

Private schools receive more funding than they are entitled to.

Public schools receive less government funding compared to private schools.

This must change NOW!

All children in public schools deserve access to a well-resourced and high-quality education.

The hardworking teachers, support staff, parents and caregivers of NSW students need your support to change this inequality.
